What Is the Best Muscle Building Supplement That Wont Show Up on a Drug Test?

I am in the Air Force DEP waiting for my assignment, i am trying to bulk up. I have done pretty good with creatine and protein and weight gainers. I even use NO xplode before workouts, but im looking for something even better, almost like a steroid. But the only prob is the Air Force checks for everything in their drug tests so i cant take a steroid. Any suggestions

i use RPM its like noxplode in that it boosts u up before a workout but it also adds a little bit of testosterone and it also makes u look toned in that it burns fat for energy and i use it for football where i get drug tested but that before creatine after and a good diet full of protein and ull bulk up

Look into the ‘anabolic diet’. It is commonly used by body builders who have to be drug tested and manipulates natural bodily hormones. Testosterone, Growth Hormone, and Insulin. Coupled with what your taking now you should see some good results within a month.

Just take a few moments to look it up, variations can be found at T-nation

ZMA and GABA are good for promoting natural hormone production when you are sleeping and aid in recovery (ZMA testosterone and IGF-1, GABA HGH and IGF-1). Also, get a multivitamin and a better NO Supplement, white flood is good and cheap and NO Shotgun is probably the best but is expensive. Make sure you have a good diet too and a good training program. This will make your supplements work and work to there full potential. Also, be sure you are eating enough. I always tell people to perfect their training and diet before taking supplements.

Be sure you also check to make sure anything you take is not banned by the Air Force, I don’t know. I always check the NCAA banned substances list before I try a new supplement, just to be sure. Most supplements you can get legaly though should be okay. DHEA is something you can get, but I can’t take it cause it is banned by the NCAA, so that may be something to check on. DHEA is also one of the those supplements that is in the gray area of being a steroid so check into it before you take it (i don’t recommend it but it is an option). Ectdysterone is also a supplement that is relatively new and one of my friends take’s it and likes it. It isn’t band for me, but all the research I have found on it refers to it as a steriod, but it is a legal supplement. Suppose to be non hormonal. Do some research on supplements on bodybuilding.com, this is my favorite web sit and probably the best to buy stuff and do research. Don’t forget to check to make sure anything you take is ok by the Air Force. They may have different standards then bodybuilding (natural/untested) and sports.
